Lead by example.

This is an old saying. If you tell someone to do something, chances are your order might not be well accepted deep inside their mind, even though in the outer they might seem as accepting your idea or order. The only other way is to lead by example.

Become better at all that you do. In the professional, personal, social areas of your life. Once people see you succeeding in what you do, you will naturally be accepted as a leader. A natural leader.

Just trying to learn leadership skills without actually being one may not apply to the team you are leading. It will not be accepted on a deeper sacle by your audience or team.

The only other alternative is to just become better at what you do on a day to day basis. Do things differently at business, at home and everywhere else. You need not become a rich wealthy man to live a rich lifestyle. Watching the sunset on a evening with your family or just gazing at the stars together are still free.
