There is this
wonderful phrase which came in a wanted ad: "We dont
train people to be nice. We simply hire nice people!"
Every employee in a concern is an individual corporation
at work. He has his own personal affairs at home, his own
physical self to take care of, his own financial areas, his
own social areas and most important of all his own professional
areas. He has to definitely juggle all these properly and
efficiently if he has to succeed in life. Even if one area
is sore the overall productivity of that individual corporation
is affected. Much like if we have a sore throat or a pain
in the knees it puts a lot of strain on the way we think and
act,affecting overall productivity.
Training the employees to handle all their areas of life
gives them the confidence to work at 100%. Commitment at work
is like trust. It is either 100% or it is 0%. There is nothing
inbetween - just like the laws of the world.
The Corporate Change Motivation program is aimed at bringing
employees under one collective thinking pattern, by giving
a lot of importance to their personal, professional and social

Methodology
Key managers and staff are selected for this training. They
are made to run through the entire length of the training
span of 12 fortnightly 4 hour sessions. When a positive change
is visible in their life, they automatically become change
agents for the organization automatically living their knowledge.
Result
In a short period of six months a definitel change is visible
in the attitude of the employees. Responsibility for their
work replaces just meeting deadlines or passing the buck.
Relationships at work take a turn of the better with each
one helping the other do better.
A collective positive thinking pattern is established gradually
in the minds of the key workers to work relentlessly towards
